Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee toxic tort claims related to asbestos and environmental issues.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies for claims.
- Prepare and review legal documentation associated with toxic tort cases.
- Conduct thorough legal analysis to support claims and litigation processes.
- Negotiate settlement agreements with opposing parties.
- Collaborate with legal teams and clients to provide updates and guidance on claims status.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all claims activities.
- Juris Doctor Required
- Proven experience in toxic tort and claims litigation.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos claims and environmental claims.
- Excellent legal writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and achieving favorable settlement agreements.
- Proficient in legal documentation and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
