Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects of high end restaurants in and around Miami. All the work is in the tri-county area (Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach counties) As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed according to the client's specifications, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Provide guidance and support to project teams
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a must
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Nice to have skills in Entertainment and Hospitality

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
