Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems and low voltage systems in the data center.
- Monitor and manage communication equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide technical support for data center operations and assist with the integration of new systems.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Assist in planning and executing upgrades and installations of new technologies in the data center.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting techniques and structured cabling systems.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and components.
- Basic knowledge of data center operations and networking equipment.
- Experience with power systems and security systems is a plus.
- Ability to work with audio-visual equipment and system monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent documentation and technical support skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in data center management or related fields are a plus.
