Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of luxury residential construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trade personnel
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project progress and quality
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and designers regarding project updates and issues
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and progress reports
- Lead and mentor project teams to foster a culture of excellence in luxury construction
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in luxury construction
- Extensive knowledge of single-family residential construction processes
- Strong background in managing high-end custom home projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in construction management software and tools

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
