Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in the training of new staff on machine operations
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
