Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Schedule and manage preventative maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control expenditures to optimize costs.
- Coordinate and oversee installation and repair of equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Manage CAPEX projects related to maintenance and equipment upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation processes and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
