Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment and machinery.
- Support the engineering team in the implementation of process improvements.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities and issues.
- Participate in the development and execution of maintenance schedules.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic extrusion.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and machinery operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in plant operations.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
