Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities within the facility to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing maintenance strategies that support operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Manage maintenance budgets and coordinate with vendors for repairs and supplies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance management role.
- Strong electrical background with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- $75,000 - 100,000 /year
