Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily maintenance operations and ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Implement and enforce safety compliance standards throughout the maintenance department.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all maintenance activities.
- Control inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper stock levels.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and maintenance records for all equipment and processes.
- Schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruption to operations and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the maintenance operations and implement best practices.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in facility management.
- Strong troubleshooting and equipment repair skills with a hands-on approach.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and personnel management.
- Thorough understanding of safety compliance regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in budget management and cost control techniques.
- Experience with inventory control and supply chain management for maintenance operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and maintenance management software.
