Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets and track expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Utilize SAP for maintenance planning and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
- Provide training and support to maintenance personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Planner in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance management software.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
