Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Location: Aston, PA

Job Salary: $80,000- $103,000 (based on experience)

What You Will Be Doing

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Lead functionality and reliability improvement of all production and facility equipment (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)
• Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments
• Perform and execute preventative maintenance, implement safety procedures and manage all building costs and budgets
• Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training supervise maintenance staff
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
• 2 years Supervisory experience
• Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
• Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, boilers, HVAC, etc.)
