Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Phoenix office, providing strategic direction and oversight.
- Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and grow the firm's presence in Arizona.
- Collaborate with the firm's partners and staff to ensure consistency in client service and legal standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Participate in firm-wide meetings, initiatives, and decision-making processes.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong record of successful case outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and trial advocacy skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving justice for injury victims.
