Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on improving manufacturing processes, enhancing production efficiency, and ensuring product quality through innovative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design and implement tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for non-conformance and propose corrective actions.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
- Manage and execute engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize solid modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks) for tool design and production layout.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in process manufacturing and manufacturing engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of tool design, mechanical systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Proficient in MS Office and 3D solid modeling software such as SolidWorks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience on the production floor is highly desirable.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
