Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative manufacturing solutions and product designs that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Oversee the development and layout of control panels and electrical designs.
- Research and implement competitive manufacturing technologies and ergonomic solutions.
- Manage new product introductions and ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
- Perform project management duties to ensure timely completion of manufacturing initiatives.
- Utilize CAD software for design and modification of manufacturing layouts and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to quality system regulations and design history requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of UL508A, OSHA, and NFPA codes relevant to manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing processes and production efficiency improvement.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design.
- Familiarity with automation controls, PLCs, HMIs, and manufacturing equipment.
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
