We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to improve manufacturing processes and support the development of innovative products while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and optimize existing ones.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Oversee equipment design, including control panel layouts and automation controls.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Manage projects related to manufacturing optimization and new product introductions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory compliance (OSHA, UL508A, NFPA Codes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and automation technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
