The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. This role involves working closely with production teams to implement Lean Manufacturing principles and ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop efficient manufacturing systems.
- Conduct time studies and process audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Provide technical support for CNC machining processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Develop process documentation and training materials for manufacturing staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Manufacturing Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CNC machining processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
