Position Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of production operations and will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and tooling specifications.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize CAD software for designing tooling and fixtures to aid production.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace sector.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication methods and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
- Experience with Tool Design and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Proficient in CAD software for design and modeling.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques for continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in Root Cause Analysis.
