We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our production processes and enhance product quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing systems and procedures, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Design and layout control panels and automation systems.
- Conduct technology research for innovative manufacturing solutions.
- Perform risk assessments and enforce safety procedures in the manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introductions and manufacturing optimization.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and devise effective solutions.
- Manage projects related to equipment design and manufacturing improvements.
- Conduct testing methods for material performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with UL508A, OSHA, NFPA codes and export control regulations.
- Support vendor selection and maintain quality control inspection processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and custom automation techniques.
- Experience with electrical design, control panel layouts, and PLCs.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with safety system design and risk assessment protocols.
- Ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing performance and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Experience with motion control, variable speed drives, and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of medical equipment design and product innovation methodologies.
