Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing systems and processes.
- Design and optimize factory layouts to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment for optimal performance.
- Prepare documentation and reports on project progress, efficiencies, and cost savings.
- Strong understanding of production processes, cost analysis, and layout optimization.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
