Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Oversee the inventory control process, including receiving, storing, and tracking materials.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to forecast inventory needs based on manufacturing schedules.
- Utilize SAP and other inventory management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Train and supervise inventory staff to promote efficient warehouse operations.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Competitive Salary Based on Experience: $80,000 - $100,000/year
