Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and lead the operations team to achieve production targets and quality standards
- Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business goals
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Train and mentor staff to enhance skills and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary: $85k-$135k DOE
