What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee all activities related to the production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.
- Supervise / Manage 10-12 employees.
- Coordinate with the Department Manager to ensure daily production requirements are achieved.
- Plan, assign, and direct work to employees.
- Interview, hire and train employees.
- Complete employee performance evaluations.
- ensure safety programs are implemented effectively and are reviewed regularly.
- Experience in Plastics Manufacturing.
- Supervisory / Shift LEad experience.
- Bilingual / Spanish is required.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 11:30PM - 8:00AM.
