As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of marine construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, ensuring that all tasks are being completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure proper planning and execution of projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Maintain detailed project records and reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and any issues or delays
- Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates, address any concerns or issues, and ensure satisfaction with project progress
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the marine construction industry
- Strong knowledge and understanding of marine construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Experience with the construction of piers and other heavy civil projects
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of construction workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Proficient in budgeting and cost management
- Certifications in construction safety protocols and regulations
- Previous experience with piers and heavy civil construction projects
- Background in construction management or related field
- Familiarity with

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
