Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials within the facility.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, including gooseneck trucks, ensuring safe handling practices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular inventory audits.
- Prepare materials for shipping by packing and labeling items according to specifications.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Proven experience as a material handler or in a similar role.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Must have experience operating a gooseneck truck.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
