Responsibilities
- oversee all warehousing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, planning, and purchasing functions across two operational sites-covering both capital equipment and aftermarket filtration products
- implement methodologies (PFEP, Kanban, Pull Systems, and SIOP) to ensure cost-effective material flow, inventory control, and supplier quality management
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies, lead sales, inventory, and operations planning and forecasting
- Monitor supplier performance using key metrics
- Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 years experience in materials management in manufacturing
- CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
- Proficiency with PFEP, Kanban, Pull Systems, and SIOP
- Skilled in ERP systems and inventory management software
