We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction professional specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and Process Piping. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring that mechanical systems are designed and installed efficiently and according to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HVAC, plumbing, and process piping installation projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and interpret mechanical designs and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction.
- Utilize Revit for creating detailed construction drawings and models.
- Use Bluebeam to review and annotate project documents and plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation in Procore and ensure effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical construction, specifically in HVAC, plumbing, and process piping.
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and Procore software applications.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
