The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components that meet stringent industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Conduct simulations and tests to evaluate design performance and reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and assembly instructions.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve product design.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS-9000 quality standards in all design processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the manufacturing process.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Design Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality control processes.
- Experience in pressure systems design and analysis.
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software and design tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and product development cycles.
- Knowledge of aerospace engineering principles is a plus.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
