We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems and components, ensuring high quality and performance standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design mechanical components and systems in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to support design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into new products.
- Create detailed CAD models and drawings using Creo.
- Perform DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify potential design issues.
- Support product development activities through testing design and prototype evaluation.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of design tasks.
- Assist in new product introduction processes and ensure smooth transitions from design to production.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in design engineering with a strong portfolio of mechanical designs.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Creo.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with DFMEA and design testing methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
