- Lead mechanical design projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration among engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct load calculations and equipment sizing to ensure efficient and effective design solutions.
- Utilize BIM and Revit software for creating accurate design models and drawings.
- Review and approve plumbing design, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to meet building codes and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architectural Design
- 5 years of experience in Mechanical Design, preferably in healthcare or critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, plumbing design, and HVAC systems.
- Proficient in BIM and Revit software.
- Experience with load calculation, equipment sizing, and energy modeling.
- Familiarity with building codes and life safety systems.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Salary : $80,000 - $160,000
