Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems for mixed-use construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for mechanical systems.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the management of project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase of projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in HVAC systems design.
- Prior experience with plumbing or fire protection design is a PLUS.
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in construction and mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of design software including AutoCAD, AutoDesk, Revit, and/or Navisworks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience with healthcare or education projects is a plus.
- Successful completion of FE exam and/or PE licensing is a PLUS.
- Salary 75k-105k (based on experience)
