What You Will Be Doing
- Design a variety of MEP systems ranging
- Coordinate with design team members
- Generate new business opportunities for this MEP Division
- Manage a team of 5 engineers, designers, and drafters.
- Attend client design meetings
- Write technical specifications, sequence of operations, testing documents
- Design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborating with architects and contractors
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 7 years of MEP engineering
- Active P.E. License
- MEP industry exposure (municipal/civic, educational, health care, commercial)
- Proven background in designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- BlueBeam
- Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Project management, budgeting & deadline experience
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Remote schedule

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
