- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with engineering CAD and analysis tool
- Review and develop test plans in order to mitigate design risks
- Develop engineering sketches, specifications and related data
- Review, develop, and prepare project documentation following industry and internal standards
- Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and other departments both written and orally
- Work with internal departments in order to ensure designs are streamlined for manufacturability
- Collects data to analyze areas for design processes for optimization
- Drafts technical documents and drawings using CAD programs
- Design, test, and improve site production tools
