Key Responsibilities
- Design HVAC systems for commercial buildings, ensuring efficiency and compliance with codes.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop HVAC plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Perform load calculations and system modeling to optimize HVAC design.
- Review and analyze project specifications and requirements for HVAC systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports related to HVAC design and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and ASHRAE standards to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HVAC design, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with building codes and ASHRAE standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Competitive Pay: $95k - $110k

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
