Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer (PE) to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the development of mechanical systems and products. This role involves applying engineering principles to solve complex problems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD and SolidWorks.
• Conduct thermodynamic and fluid mechanics analyses to support design decisions.
• Perform materials selection and testing to ensure suitability for applications.
• Oversee HVAC system design and implementation for various projects.
• Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate design integrity under specified conditions.
• Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
• Conduct engineering analysis to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
• Develop prototypes and oversee testing and validation processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proficiency in CAD software and SolidWorks for design tasks.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics principles.
• Knowledge of materials science and selection processes.
• Experience with HVAC design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques and software.
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to lead teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in prototyping, testing, and validation of engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to mechanical engineering.
