Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team in the design and execution of HVAC systems.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct load calculations and system layout design to optimize HVAC performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of systems and project goals.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Review and approve engineering designs and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC system design and management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and design principles is a plus.
- Experience with system layout and load calculations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
