As part of our team, you will contribute to projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and high-rise residential sectors, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring well-coordinated designs that meet client expectations and enhance construction efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Design mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing, for a wide range of projects.
- Develop detailed piping layouts, schematics, and specifications using advanced 3D design software.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical and piping systems with electrical, structural, and architectural components.
- Conduct performance analyses and optimize designs to balance energy efficiency, functionality, and cost.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in mechanical/piping design for MEP projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, piping layouts, and fluid dynamics.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other relevant industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
