We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Plumbing Designer / Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative mechanical and plumbing systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing design principles, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed mechanical and plumbing designs for various large scale multifamily & commercial projects
- Utilize Revit and Navisworks for design modeling and coordination
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate systems
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant codes and standards
- Conduct system performance analyses and troubleshooting as needed
- Prepare technical documentation and specifications for projects
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design status
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing design
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and HVAC design software
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Salary : $95,000 - $135,000
