Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of mechanical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct order processing and profitability analysis to maximize project margins.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed in a logical sequence and on time.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Review change orders and assess their impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Utilize strategic planning to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Conduct pre-construction planning to prepare for project execution and mitigate potential risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager. (A candidate with strong experience in Mechanical Construction projects will strongly be considered and interviewed.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Expertise in project scheduling and budget management.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing change orders.
- Knowledge of profitability and budget analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
- Experience in vendor management and conducting SWOT analysis is a bonus.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of project finances.
- Salary 125-150K (based on experience)
