Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to design and implement effective MEP systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of work is maintained.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with MEP project execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all MEP work.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their applications in various types of construction projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Nice to have: Experience in Data Center Construction or Commercial Construction.

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
