Position Overview
The MEP Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all systems are installed correctly and function efficiently. This role is critical in managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, particularly in mission-critical environments such as data centers and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate MEP construction activities on-site to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of MEP subcontractors and tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project milestones.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory officials, to ensure project success.
- Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with specific experience in data centers and healthcare projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
