The MEP Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all systems are installed according to specifications and within deadlines. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders, maintaining high quality and safety standards in mission-critical environments such as data centers and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors and MEP personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process related to MEP installations.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports to communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, particularly in data center and healthcare settings.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
