Location: San Francisco/Palo Alto, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Denver - (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary: $275,000-$330,000 - Depending on Experience
Requirements: 7 years as a licensed Mergers & Acquisitions Resource Attorney, US M&A corporate/transactional practice, fiduciary duties, strong drafting and organizational skills, handle multiple projects, public and private financial transactions

What You'll Be Doing
- Input deal terms from signed agreements into our Transaction Database, coordinating with the knowledge management team to audit and maintain the database and tracking credit facility terms for clients.
- Prepare drafts (or revising existing precedent) of template documents. Curating and organizing the clients forms, precedents and other know-how.
- Monitor legal updates and market developments relative to M&A practice; preparing summaries and alerts regarding same; ensuring market standards are reflected in our practice resources.
- Assist the marketing team with the creation of content for pitches, teach-ins (PPTs, articles, books, etc.) and thought leadership pieces (external, client facing articles and resources)
- Help field day-to-day requests from attorneys for precedents (using internal and public resources
- 7 years as a licensed Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney
- Strong background in M&A corporate and transactional practice
- Detailed drafting ability required for documentation, attention to detail, organizational skills
- Financial acumen and experience with public and private transactions preferred
- BAR admissions in your state
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school preferred
