This role will be based out of the SLC area but will require travel throughout he Mountain region as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout project execution.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project activities.
- 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on heavy civil and environmental projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- PE or EIT a major plus.
- Proven experience in earthwork, dirt-work, and mass excavation.
- Familiarity with USACE regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required for project oversight.
- $140,000 - $180,000 base salary depending on experience
