Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management within the multifamily, retail, and real estate development sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification is preferred.

Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
