Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our multifamily renovation projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of construction, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the construction site
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to specification
- Coordinate project schedules and oversee timelines
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and team members
- Monitor project budgets and report on financial status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of renovation processes and techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
