Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. The primary objective is to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate offset printing presses according to job specifications.
- Monitor the printing process and make adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Conduct inspections of printed materials to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain proper ink levels and adjust ink fountains as needed.
- Manage the registration of printing plates to ensure accurate printing.
- Keep the pressroom organized and adhere to safety protocols.
