Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the plastics and injection molding processes.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast production needs and manage inventory levels of resin and other materials.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems to enhance operational effectiveness and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations management within the plastics or injection molding industry.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and materials, including resin management.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
