Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development in optical design and technologies.
- Design and simulate optical systems, focusing on high power fiber lasers and related components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate optical systems into larger applications.
- Perform experiments and analyze data to validate optical designs and improve performance.
- Develop and optimize Fiber Bragg Gratings for various applications.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in optical technologies.
- PhD or Master's degree in Physics, Optical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in optical design and modeling software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of high power fiber lasers and fiber optics technologies.
- Familiarity with Fiber Bragg Gratings and their applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
