Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, construction, and commissioning of commercial and healthcare projects
- Interface with the owner, contractor, architect, engineer, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure the project is completed according to specifications, budget, and timeline
- Provide project management and superintendent services
- Manage and document change orders
- Ensure the highest quality of workmanship in accordance with the approved budget and schedule
- Monitor, coordinate, and provide oversight of the construction process
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, applicable codes, and regulations
- Provide progress reports, status updates, and close out documentation
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction and/or development, ground-up, T.I., build-outs, renovations, owners rep, project management, and/or superintending
- Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other necessary software
