Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing real estate documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support cases and transactions.
- Manage and organize case files, including litigation documents and property records.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate real estate transactions.
- Draft and proofread contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate.
- Attend meetings and assist in the preparation of trial materials and exhibits as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
- Certification from a recognized Paralegal program is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on real estate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, litigation processes, and contract administration.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
